Here is Guy in his robot costume with his robot pumpkin. I helped him
spray paint the pumpkin and I held the nails and bolts while he hammered them in. He entered a pumpkin contest at the Nature Center and won! He got candy, gift certificates for ice cream, and a Mr. Potato Head pumpkin decorating kit.
The day before Halloween we went to the Hurricane library for story time and a Halloween parade. Guy got restless during one of the stories and fell off his chair. He hit his eye on the corner of a chair and gave himself a black eye. We chose the
Spiderman costume instead of the robot costume because it is easier to move around in.
On Halloween, we went to
LDS church for Trunk-or-Treat. Jack scheduled a break from his 25-hour bike race and was able to come with us. You can't tell in the picture, but Guy's robot lights glow.
Sloan and I reused caveman costumes I made for Guy and I two years ago.
